Duties
Our telephone response unit is set up to handle reports that can be made over the telephone where no suspect information is known. Such reports might include, but are not limited to, larcenies, malicious destruction of property, and stolen vehicles .
Officers assigned to this unit will also handle:
- Court ordered breathalyzer testing
- Court ordered DNA sample collection
- Fix-it tickets
- Vehicle inspections
- Walk-in lobby complaints or questions
