Leaf Disposal Options

As leaves begin to fall each autumn, you have several ways to manage them beyond the regular curbside yard waste collection. These options can help you keep your property clear, support healthy landscaping, and reduce the amount of material going to the landfill. Residents may choose from the following methods

Mulching Leaves Into Your Lawn

Use a mulching mower to naturally fertilize your yard.

Composting at Home

Leaves may be composted in a dedicated corner of your yard.

Hiring a Private Contractor

Local lawn and landscape services may provide leaf removal.

Taking Yard Waste to Brice Pit (Compost Site)

  • Weather‑dependent hours.
