Other information: The Battle Creek Fire Department responded to a fully involved vacant structure fire last evening at 8:27 p . m . Four engines, one truck, squad , and command car were dispatched to 105 Frisbie Avenue . Engine 2 a nd Rescue 4 were first on scene and performed a 360 view of the structure . They declared a defensive fire attack due to the fire involvement and condition of the structure. Attack lines were pulled to protect exposures and Rescue 3 established water supply . Engine 5 was assigned scene safety and Truck 6 and Squad 6 provided additional staffing. The Fire Marshal was dispatched to the scene for investigation . The cause is unknown at this time.
