BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - City contractor crews will work to pour a new curb and patch an existing cut with asphalt, resulting in a temporary lane closure along Emmett Street West, Thursday, April 24, and Friday, April 25.
This curb and asphalt patch work is needed following previous work to repair a collapsed sewer pipe in this same area at the end of March.
The temporary lane closure will impact:
- Emmett Street West, between Hazel Street and Wilkes Street
This area will be open to one-way traffic with flaggers directing traffic, during work hours. There are no expected complete road closures during this work.
Work hours will generally be from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, April 24, and Friday, April 25.
