[ARCHIVED] Community-wide survey now open — help shape Battle Creek’s future

NCS open survey press release

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The City of Battle Creek announces that the community-wide version of the 2025 National Community Survey is now live and open for public input.

In addition to the invitation-only survey, this open participation version is available to all residents starting Monday, July 28. Conducted in partnership with Polco, the NCS collects feedback on community priorities, satisfaction with city services, and ideas for future improvements.

The survey is available in three languages:

Registration is optional, and all responses are anonymous. Input from residents across all neighborhoods and backgrounds is essential to help guide city planning and decision-making.

Both the open and invitation-only surveys will remain available through August 18. If you received a mailed invitation and have not yet returned it, please do so by August 18 to ensure your feedback is included.

For more information, visit the Community Surveys page. Have questions? Email the City Communications Office at publicinput@battlecreekmi.gov or call the BC311 Information Center at 269-966-3311.
