BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - It was recently discovered that the last batch of the city’s “Cycle 1” utility bills, that are due Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, may have had an incorrect return envelope included. The city’s third-party utility bill printer believes that this issue is isolated, and not all “Cycle 1” utility bills were affected.
Neighbors that received an incorrect return envelope, that has an Illinois return address, should NOT use this incorrect envelope.
For affected neighbors, if you choose to return your utility bill payment by mail, please use the correct address:

If by chance any neighbors have already mailed back a utility bill payment using the incorrect return envelope, the city’s third-party printer has notified the location in Illinois and any payments sent there will be forwarded back to the City of Battle Creek.
