BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — City contractor crews will complete soil boring work at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Van Buren Street today, Wednesday, Oct. 9, and tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 10.
Although there are no complete road closures during this work, neighbors are encouraged to watch for potential lane closures along both North Washington Avenue and West Van Buren Street, near the intersection of the two roadways, during work hours. Crews will ensure that any needed lane closures and detour routes are properly marked with signage.
Crews expect the work, both Wednesday and Thursday, to occur from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. generally.
