A young man is in critical condition after a shooting, and Battle Creek Police are asking for any information that might help the investigation.
At 7:40 p.m. today, a police officer assigned to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital was present when a young man arrived who was the victim of a shooting.
The investigation so far has found the shooting happened in the second block of Highway Street, in Post Addition. Police do not believe the community is in further danger from this situation.
Police continue to investigate, and do not have additional details to release at this time.
