The Sports Forum at Full Blast hosts a variety of recreation programming, including basketball, baseball/softball, volleyball, floor hockey, flag football, and indoor soccer. It is also available for corporate outings, fundraisers, court rentals, school groups, and group outings. Fitness Center
The Full Blast Fitness Center offers a low-key and friendly environment. It boasts a wide variety of workout equipment, including cardio machines, cable weight machines, and free weight options. Whether you are a seasoned gym goer or just starting your fitness journey, the Full Blast Fitness Center is a great choice.
The center includes:
- Aerobics area
- 19 stations of highly rated Paramount and Life Fitness circuit weight training equipment, keeping the wait to a minimum even during the busiest times
- A full selection of free weights helps you customize your strength training
- A cardio workout area including - treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, and more
- An indoor track for running or speed walking
- Locker rooms and showers are available for members
