Starting this morning, Lakeland Asphalt will begin removing and reconstructing sidewalk ramps on Hamblin Avenue, between Washington Avenue and Division Street.
This work is part of the same project that includes similar work on Helmer Road and Kendall Street.
Neighbors can expect to see sidewalk activity through the end of next week. Milling and paving will follow, as well as construction of a pedestrian island between Full Blast and Kellogg Arena.
Work hours are approximately 7 a.m.-7 p.m. daily. Hamblin will remain open, with the exception of single lane closures where work is taking place.
