[ARCHIVED] FBI training Tuesday at north-central houses set for demolition

BCPD_Patch-

FBI staff will conduct training work at four houses in the north-central area of the city set for demolition.

The training will take place starting at approximately 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 26.

FBI staff will test equipment on an armored vehicle in the first blocks of:

  • Hancock Court
  • Northside Drive West
  • Oneita Street
  • Wood Street South

Battle Creek Police personnel will be at each of these locations during the training sessions. They do not anticipate any noticeable noise.

There is no need for concern regarding the FBI presence in these neighborhoods, and officials are happy to work with the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority to provide this training opportunity ahead of demolition work.
