city logo

The city is excited to announce that customers can now pay their utility bills online with credit and debit cards.

Customers can view their water/sewer/garbage bills and their payment history, as well as pay their current bills on our website.

Navigate to Customers will need to enter their account number, including the dash, last name and full name, as it appears in the address field on their printed bill.

Payments online must be completed by 5 p.m. to be marked as paid on that day. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards will be accepted.

Customers whose water service is scheduled for shutoff may use the online payment option until 5 p.m. the Monday before the shutoff date. Customers whose water service has been shut off must come in person to City Hall, 10 N. Division St., to pay a turn-on fee before service will be restored.

Credit and debit card payments also are accepted in person at our City Hall payment window for all city charges except property taxes and special assessments.

Any problems with the online payment option should be directed to the city’s Utility Billing Division, (269) 966-3366.
