Freedom Lane Closed Thursday
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – On Thursday, June 10, a portion of Freedom Lane will be closed while crews repair a section of the roadway.
During this work, Freedom Lane will be accessible at Carl Avenue and Forest Street, with a full road closure located midway through the loop. Please see attached map for additional location information.
The work is expected to take place from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure will impact the 5W – Fort Custer/VA bus route. All bus stops located on Freedom Lane (Liberty Commons) will not be serviced during this time. The closest bus stop will be located on Carl Avenue near Dickman Road.
Emergency vehicles and local traffic will NOT have access during this time.
