Utility Billing

City ordinances require the monthly billing for water, sewer and garbage removal services. The Utility Billing division bills water and sewer for city residents and some of the surrounding areas. They also bill city residents for garbage and refuse removal services. Discounts for garbage rates are available for persons 65 years old and older, and the disabled.   Please call 269-966-3366 for more information.

In addition to mailing 22,000 monthly bills, the Utility Billing division sets up new service accounts and automatic payment accounts, maintains payment records, and arranges for final meter reads when service is terminated. The division also arranges for interruptions in service on delinquent accounts.
