Annual City Auction
The 2011 City Auction, scheduled in September, has been cancelled. Information for the 2012 Auction will be posted on this wesite in early fall 2012.
The City prepares auction brochures approximately two weeks before the auction date in September. The brochure includes a listing of vehicles and other major items to be sold, the date and times, terms and conditions. The annual auction includes City vehicles (sedans, trucks, vans, heavy equipment), personal property recovered by the Police Department (televisions, stereo equipment, clothes, tools, jewelry, etc.) and City surplus property. There is no fee to register as a bidder. Payment may be made by cash or check. Goods may be held while waiting for checks to clear.
