Capital Improvement Program

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document formalizes and consolidates all of the capital improvement projects throughout City departments and component units. It provides a comprehensive summary of the capital needs of the City for a six year period. The document reflects departmental priorities and helps evaluate projects to be included in the annual budget based on actual available funding.
