Authorization:Resolution #423, dated November 20, 1979, adopted a Neighborhood Planning Council Organization Plan for the establishment of five Neighborhood Planning Councils.
Appointing Authority:
Recommendation of Planning Commission with approval by the City Commission.
Members:
No less than 15, no more than 35.
Term:
Three years. Compensation: None
Special Requirements:
Any person having demonstrable or substantial interest within the defined boundaries of the Council area.
