NPC 3 - Coburn, Roosevelt, Territorial, Wilson (Central)
(Coburn, Roosevelt and Wilson neighborhoods, also portions of the old Territorial and Riverside School Districts.)Authorization:
Resolution No. 423 dated November 20, 1979, adopted a Neighborhood Planning Council Organization Plan for the establishment of five (5) Neighborhood Planning Councils.
Appointing Authority:
Planning Commission recommendation and approval by the City Commission.
Members:
No less than 15, no more than 35.
Terms:
Terms shall be for three (3) years.
Special Requirements:
Any person having demonstrable or substantial interest within the defined boundaries of the Council area.

None.
