AuthorizationResolution No. 423 dated 11-20-79 adopted a Neighborhood Planning Council Organization Plan and established five Neighborhood Planning Councils. Resolution No. 620 dated 4-5-83 added 3 Councils (#9, #10, #11).

City Commission with recommendation from Planning Commission.
Members
No less than 9, no more than 30. Shall be for three years.
Special Requirements
Any person having demonstrable or substantial interest within the defined boundaries of the Council area.
