The City of Battle Creek is calling artists of all ages to create a piece that represents our mission and vision statements! We will choose a selection of works, from those submitted, to display in our newly-renovated City Hall Conference Room 302A.

Enter our art contest!
Submit your entry by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, including a photo of your piece.
The piece must represent the mission and vision of the City of Battle Creek.
Include the piece's title, artist's name, dimensions of the piece and your contact information.
Title entries "Conference Room Art" and send by email to PublicInput@battlecreekmi.gov or by mail to Attn: Katie Norton, City of Battle Creek, 10 N. Division St., Battle Creek, MI 49014.
By submitting my entry:
a. I expressly represent that the entry submitted is my own original work; it was not copied from any other artists' works or photographs; and no one else owns any creative or personal property rights to this piece. b. I understand and agree that the City of Battle Creek reserves the right to copy and modify any entry for reproduction. c. I understand that entries will not be returned and may be used for future promotional opportunities. d. If mine is the winning entry, I agree that: it may be permanently display at Battle Creek City Hall without any compensation to me; I have no right to demand its return; and I will execute a written release to this effect.
